The latest Queensland Marina Research prepared by Peter Bell of Aurelius clearly shows two critical issues for the industry.  The first issue is that the berth demand is clearly outstripping supply.  The second important finding is the rapid change in demand for the smaller berths to larger berths, with the maximum growth in demand for 24m and above.  A great read for anyone involved in the boating industry or boating lifestyle.
