Brisbane’s property market recovery is being led by the city’s Inner Ring where many prestigious and waterfront properties can be found. These properties generally make up just a small proportion of the overall market ensuring they are in high demand. In this short blog, we separate Brisbane’s housing and unit markets into waterfront and non-waterfront and look at the performance of each segment. We find that each market segment is now recording better results as the market enters the early stages of a new growth cycle. Read on to see which properties have outperformed.

The Inner Brisbane market is leading the city’s property price recovery as confidence and demand begin to rise. In this short blog, we take a look at the performance of different residential building sizes and see what is performing best and where the recovery in prices is occurring. To do this we have taken all sales in Inner Brisbane and categorized the building size into three brackets; small scale (10 units or less), medium scale (11 to 40 units) and large scale (41+ units). Read on for the results.

Brisbane is entering into the early stages of a property market recovery which is being led by the city’s Inner Ring. Confidence is returning to the property market and this is leading to an increase in demand for properties. Here in Brisbane, this is starting to have a positive impact on property prices as the city’s Inner Ring records strong growth for houses and an end to price declines for units. In this short blog, we have broken down Brisbane property prices by region and property type. Read on to see the results.

In this short blog we have taken a look at how Brisbane property has performed over the past 10 years. To do this we have broken Brisbane down into four regions; North, South, East and West. From here we have calculated the average annual return per suburb to June 2019 for both houses and units and ranked them from highest to lowest for each region of Brisbane. You can explore the results using the interactive map and by using the filters to refine your searches. Read on for a summary of the results.
