Brisbane's Inner, Middle and Outer Rings | Part 1

Part 1 of Place Advisory’s Inner, Middle and Outer Rings report will discuss the differences between each of the three rings, demographic trends and how the property market has performed over the past 12 month period.

What are Brisbane's Inner, Middle and Outer Rings?

For this report, we have divided Brisbane’s suburbs into three regions, Inner, Middle and Outer, which represent 5km, 10km and 20km rings from the CBD as shown in the interactive map below. This map is colour coded, with the darker green representing Brisbane’s Inner Ring, orange being the Middle Ring suburbs and the light blue representing Brisbane’s Outer Ring.

By hovering over the map, you will find full demographic information, number of sales and the median sale price for both houses and apartments for each suburb over the past 12 months.

To maximise the use of this interactive map, please open on a desktop computer or laptop.
