Matt Brandon: Location and architecture. Queens Wharf is in the CBD of Brisbane, the development will feature iconic contemporary architecture created by Cottee Parker, alongside beautifully restored heritage buildings and provide locals and tourists with more than 12 football fields of public space to enjoy. Forming 10% of the CBD footprint, it will strengthen Brisbane’s reputation as an international tourism, leisure and entertainment destination.
