Australia boasts some of the most spectacular coastlines in the world, and a waterfront lifestyle is the dream for many Australians.

For some, it is a home overlooking a pristine beach. But for many water and boating enthusiasts, the ultimate dream is marina front home. It may be the peace of mind that their boat is secured and moored only steps away. Or, to simply enjoy the daily boating activity of marina-front life. Whatever your reason is, life is a dream on the marina.

Bluewater Residential & Marina

Location: Cairns, FNQ

Developed by Consolidated Properties, Blue Water is now a completed residential canal project of 130 properties, the project was sold out in 6 weeks at Trinity Beach, Cairns.
Hamilton Island

Location: Hamilton Island, Whitsundays

Between 1997 and 2002 a total of 12 individual projects and 23 land lots were sold. In 1997 sales were negligible as the Island came out of administration with new ownership. Bruce Goddard worked on the roll out of the northern peninsular to sell 12 development sites and several single residential home sites. This attracted several new developers to the Island. Over this period residential land values grew tenfold in both values and volumes.
Mantra Bright Point

Location: Magnetic Island, NQ

Bright Point is an absolute waterfront project adjoining Magnetic Harbour Marina on Magnetic Island. Now completed, the project features 103 luxury One, Two and Three Bedroom waterfront apartments. This project sold out over an 18-month period at record prices for the Island.
Cairns Harbour Lights

Location: Cairns, FNQ

Honeycombe Property Group and the Chapman Group Completed 200 apartments, on the Cairns waterfront adjacent to the Cairns City Marina. This is one of Cairns premier buildings. The sales and marketing off the plan was handled by Bruce Goddard and his north Queensland team.
Peppers Blue on Blue Resort

Location: Magnetic Island, NQ

Gordon Property Developments completed 60 marina front apartments with Restaurant. The project featured twin key One, Two and Three Bedroom apartments. There were several penthouse sales over $2 million dollars; these were record sales at the time.
Magnetic Harbour Residential

Location: Magnetic Island, NQ

The Cove featured 26 large marina front lots with private pontoons, also there were 6 smaller project development sites, these were all sold by Bruce Goddard and his North Queensland team.
The Boatyard

Location: Bulimba, Brisbane

HG Developments Completed 27 luxury riverfront apartments. These were a mix of Two, Three and Four Bedroom apartments. Prices range from $765,000 to $4,200,000.
Port Hinchinbrook Residences

Location: Port Hinchinbrook, FNQ

Between 2002 and 2007 several single residential and small multi residential projects were complete around the marina at Port Hinchinbrook. Bruce Goddard and the team also helped planning and feasibility for the proposed Hotel and accommodation precinct; yet to be built.
Townsville Marina - 27 Terrace Home Sites

Location: Townsville, NQ

A previously vacant site on the northern side of the Townsville marina was designed and sold off the plan as an exclusive gated private estate featuring 27 marina front lots each with a private 12m pontoon. The lead up to the launch generated huge interest resulting in a sellout of all lots on day 1 of the launch program.
Townsville Marina - Development Sites

Location: Townsville, NQ

The large undeveloped area surrounding the Townsville Casino was zoned for medium density and subdivided into 5 large lots. Bruce Goddard was involved in a national campaign for these lots, which resulted in a one-line sale to a Gold Coast developer.
Nautica at Townsville Motorboat Club

Location: Townsville, NQ

Gordon Properties entered into an agreement to redevelop the site for the club featuring new club facilities, as well as 69 apartments over 9 stories for strata sale. Bruce Goddard and the team were appointed to sell and commenced a campaign before the project was cancelled.
Shute Harbour Marina proposed Pier 61 Residential Apartments and Hotel Development

Location: Shute Harbour, Whitsundays

Place Projects together with Rob Taylor and his Airlie Beach team have been appointed to sell the 395-berth marina, with waterfront home sites. On completion there will also be further residential and commercial land to be planned and sold.
