Potential buyers will have their pick of apartments at a newly-completed residential tower in the heart of Kangaroo Point.
In what is likely a first for a Queensland highrise, the developer behind the project has waited until the tower was fully complete before marketing its units for sale.
Place Projects’ director Bruce Goddard said the building was now open for apartment sales.
“It’s very unique for a developer to wait until a project is complete before offering apartments for sale,” Mr Goddard said.
“Our research indicates it hasn’t happened in Brisbane since the 1990s when records began, and I’d be very surprised if it had been done before then.” Mr Goddard said the unusual move offered a major benefit to buyers.
