Courier Mail reports that - Despite the broad appeal of Bulimba’s luxurious apartment complex, The Boatyard, it’s the locals who have snapped up most of the 27 available homes.
Place Projects Bulimba sales agent Carla Haddan said the local interest had “blown us away”. Ms Haddan said much of the interest had been from those looking to downsize into luxury apartment living. Eighteen apartments have been purchased off the plan, leaving only nine remaining, providing a first- time opportunity for buyers to view the finished product before they purchase.
