A refurbished heritage-listed home will be part of new development

A newly restored heritage-listed home will be incorporated into the design of a new eight-storey apartment building at Kangaroo Point.

Thornclyffe Residences, a 20-unit complex, will feature a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses.

Bruce Goddard, of Place Projects, said the project was being marketed at owner-occupiers, downsizers, and professional couples working in the city.
