Suburbs to Watch!

Leading into a new financial year, Place Advisory has identified Brisbane’s most likely up and coming suburb hotspots likely to recognise growth in the short term.

HOUSES

RED HILL, an older style suburb with traditionally styled homes throughout not only on the doorstep of the CBD but considerably less expensive than its neighbouring suburbs.

BALMORAL is located behind prestigious Hawthorne and Bulimba but still benefits from the same amenity. Houses here can still be bought for around 20% less.

INDOOROOPILLY is the major suburb in the western region boasting plenty of amenity and a favourable price tag compared to nearby suburbs. Indooroopilly is becoming a major centre of its own.

STAFFORD is a quiet suburb in Brisbane’s middle northern suburbs. The suburb is surrounded by parks and provides plenty of entertainment for residents with its own retail precinct and cinema.

ROCKLEA, home to the Rocklea Markets, this suburb features on the western region line providing easy access between both major hubs the CBD and Ipswich. Houses here are a fraction of the price of nearby suburbs, allowing plenty of room for price growth.

APARTMENTS

MILTON, is an overlooked suburb on the CBD fringe which currently has the lowest median apartment price in the inner-city despite its enviable location.

SPRING HILL offers affordable apartments in one of Brisbane’s most central locations at a significantly lower price compared to nearby suburbs New Farm and Paddington.

EAST BRISBANE offers some of the most affordable apartment prices in Inner Brisbane despite bordering the Brisbane River and being merely a short drive from the CBD across the Story Bridge.

GRANGE & GORDON PARK are family orientated suburbs in the north western pocket of Brisbane, close to a major employment hub and considerably less in price compared to its neighbours.
